1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hbajii ("hbajii", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the hbajii website and all related services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and payment processing (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the hbajii Platform, completing registration, or placing a wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.

hbajii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The hbajii Platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on hbajii. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. hbajii reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active hbajii account. Creating duplicate, shared, or collusive accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including but not limited to your name, date of birth, address, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hbajii login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hbajii accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment channels for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hbajii does not currently accept deposits via international credit card, bank wire, or cryptocurrency for Bangladesh-based accounts.

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. hbajii reserves the right to adjust these thresholds and will communicate any changes via the Platform.

3.3 Identity Matching

The mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) used to deposit must be registered under the same full legal name as the hbajii account. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be returned to the originating account, less any applicable processing fees imposed by the payment provider.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

hbajii aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval. Processing times may occasionally be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required. hbajii is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

3.5 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka. hbajii does not apply currency conversion fees. Where a game studio displays values in a different currency internally, hbajii converts the displayed amount to BDT at the applicable rate at the time of the transaction.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Eligibility

Promotional offers made available on the hbajii Platform are subject to individual offer terms communicated at the time each promotion is launched. General eligibility criteria include: holding a verified hbajii account in good standing, being 21 years of age or older, and having made at least one qualifying deposit within the promotional period specified.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds issued by hbajii carry a wagering requirement. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed. hbajii reserves the right to remove bonus funds from an account if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated time limit.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

hbajii monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets with bonus funds, and systematically exploiting promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, hbajii reserves the right to void the associated bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the account.

4.4 Changes to Promotions

hbajii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by retroactive changes to the offer terms under which that bonus was issued, except where required by applicable law.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

hbajii reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until hbajii's system has issued a written confirmation (a bet receipt or transaction reference). Verbal instructions, incomplete submission screens, or system timeouts do not constitute confirmed bets.

5.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

Where a bet has been accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous — including pricing errors, system malfunctions, or odds offered in obvious error — hbajii reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account balance. "Obvious error" means an error that a reasonable person in the position of the player would have recognised as a mistake at the time the bet was placed.

5.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event on which a bet has been placed is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or declared void by the relevant governing body, hbajii will return the original stake to the player's account. 5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at hbajii's discretion. Bets placed during a suspension period are automatically void. hbajii uses live data feeds from third-party providers; minor delays between real-world events and market updates may occasionally occur and do not give rise to any claim against hbajii.

5.5 Casino Games and RNG

All slot and table games available on hbajii use certified random number generation (RNG) systems operated by the relevant game studio. hbajii does not alter, influence, or override the outcome of any game. Results displayed on your screen are final once a game round has been completed. In the event of a discrepancy between your screen display and the game server records, the server record shall prevail.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hbajii Platform. Breach of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets, scrape data, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering, using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Providing false identity or payment information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or undocumented features of the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the hbajii account for commercial purposes, including operating as an agent or intermediary for third-party players.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account to place bets.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

7. Responsible Gaming

hbajii is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible directly within your hbajii account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the hbajii Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their stated duration.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

hbajii does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or events outside hbajii's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. hbajii is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings or inability to place bets resulting from Platform downtime.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

While hbajii endeavours to ensure that all odds, game information, and account data displayed on the Platform are accurate, errors may occur. hbajii is not liable for decisions made by players based on erroneous information displayed on the Platform, provided that hbajii acts promptly to correct any identified error.

8.3 Indirect Losses

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the hbajii Platform without prior written consent from hbajii. Unauthorised use of hbajii intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11.2 Closure by hbajii

hbajii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: a player has breached these Terms; fraudulent activity is detected; a player fails to complete identity or age verification; or where continued operation of the account would expose hbajii to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk. Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, hbajii may forfeit the account balance.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

hbajii's decision on any dispute relating to bet settlement, account conduct, or bonus administration is final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the hbajii Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and hbajii regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

13.3 Waiver
